60% increase on the driver's license exam fees in Türkiye

The Turkish Ministry of Education has announced a 60%increase in driving license exams fees, as of 2025.

The ministry's statement said, the price increases came due to the high prices in various sectors in Türkiye.

According to the statement, the increases in the fees came as follows:

The first exam fees increased from 750 TL to 1350 pounds.
The second exam fees (repeated) were raised from 2500 pounds to 4000 pounds.

This increase is greatly affected by applicants to obtain a driver's license, whether they are new or who failed to pass previous exams.

Leadership Education Schools in Turkey confirmed that this increase came according to the new definitions set by the Ministry of Education, which makes this increase not subject to change at the present time.
